Strat'e'gy:
"a carefully devised plan of action to achieve a goal,
or the art of developing or carrying out such a plan."
The activity of strategic planning
does not necessarily include the origination of the basic idea, or the
conceptualization of a great product or service, but it is focused rather on the
overall approach, the methodology, and the steps that will need to be taken to
turn an idea into reality. In our case, the ideas, the plans and of course, the
strategy are all focused on "partnering" in the IT industry including all types
of IT services-based companies.
These include Solution Providers (SPs),
Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Solution Integrators (SIs). However, this
group of companies only represents one side of a larger equation. The other side
of the equation includes Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Independent
Software Vendors (ISVs), and software and hardware companies.

In order for all of these companies
to be successful in the complex IT world of today, all have to figure out
effective ways of working together, to collaborate together, to create solutions
together and to take those solutions to market together...to sell those
solutions, and to implement and support those solutions.
The strategies involved in how to do
this successfully is what Bright Strategy Inc., is focused on. We are experts in
the field of partner channel development and partner enablement.
